Commodore's Message

Welcome to the Seabird Yacht Club - The Seabird Yacht Club is celebrating its 42nd year of existence this year. We have monthly dinner meetings and cruise to various South Florida destinations each month. Our member fleet is made up of all makes of cruising vessels. We have Sea Rays, Ocean Alexanders, Bayliners, Hampton, Hatteras, the list goes on and on, but we all have one thing in common, the love for boating and the social rewards and benefits of a friendly local cruising club.

Notwithstanding the national economic difficulties, we will continue to look forward to using our boats. We don't consider the use of the boat as an expense but rather as an investment in our special relationships that we form when we socialize with people who all share the same love for recreational boating. What better compliment can we give to one another than to look forward to sharing a meal once a month together and planning the next cruise.
